Andrew is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Shoreline Wind, where they aim to improve resource utilization and decrease time-to-production in renewable energy power plants. Previously, they served as a Non Executive Director and Chair at CloudPay, where they focused on global employee pay solutions. Andrew also worked as a Consultant & Advisor at Thrusters On Full, providing consulting and advice to startup founders and scale-up leaders in technology. Additionally, Andrew has experience as the CEO of STEER, where they developed innovative mental health and safeguarding tools for students, and as the Chair of e-Bate Limited, where they helped build and scale a rebate management software company. Andrew also served as the CEO of Cordel, leading the development of AI for rail analytics and launching digital services for a major US bank. Furthermore, they were a Non Executive Director at Cheetah Experiences, mentoring the CEO and representing minority shareholders. Andrew's previous roles also include being the CEO of Lightwave, pioneering smart home automation, and serving as EVP & Managing Director, EMEA at Intralinks, a provider of content management and collaboration solutions. Andrew began their career at Workshare, where they held various executive positions and successfully led the launch of their flagship product.
Andrew Pearson has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Lancaster University.
