Brandon Webb-Fezer began their work experience in 2010 as a Respite Worker at DePaul. Brandon continued in this role until 2012. Later, in 2012, they joined Unisys as a Support Representative, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Brandon worked as a Support Representative at ShoreTel. In 2016, they joined Mitel as a Technical Escalations Associate. Over the years, they have held various roles at Mitel, including Tier3 Technical Escalations Team Lead and currently, Technical Escalations Engineer Team Lead.
Brandon Webb-Fezer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Monroe Community College. Brandon pursued their education at the college from 2007 to 2011.
