Maria Fulluck

Maria Fulluck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and management. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Shorterm Group since January 2024, Maria has also held the position of Managing Director at MeritSkills since February 2010. Prior experience includes a tenure at Develop Training Limited from April 2003 to February 2010, where roles included Business Director for Client and Support Services, Administration Manager, and Senior Administrator. Maria holds a BA (Hons) in Educational Research and Psychology from Lancaster University and completed the CIPD - Professional Development Scheme from 2002 to 2004, alongside a foundational education at Bourne Grammar School.
