Brian Ward has extensive experience in video production and digital media, starting with their 18-year role as the Senior Director at Shout! Factory. In this position, they built and maintained relationships with licensors and vendors, led teams responsible for film and television masters restoration, and created original content and value-added material. Brian also oversaw the creation of UHDs, Blu-rays, and DVDs.
Brian's work experience also includes producing and co-hosting a popular podcast called "The Arkham Sessions," where they analyze the psychology of BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES and other pop culture topics. Brian has also worked as a director, editor, and showrunner for various projects, such as directing a piece for Nightowl Studios and editing a video for BALDUR'S GATE 3. Additionally, they served as a podcast engineer and editor for OPTIMIST Drinks. Their most recent role involved writing and directing a three-episode docuseries called "MASTERING HORROR: THE CALLISTO PROTOCOL DOCUSERIES," which received positive reviews and garnered a large audience.
From 1995 to 1999, Brian Ward attended Appalachian State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
