Max Pinigin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Shout! Studios, with a focus on film and TV distribution. Previously, Max held the CFO position at Great American Pure Flix, managing finance for a joint venture involving a significant streaming service and television networks. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Finance and Strategy at MotorTrend Group, and serving as a strategy and finance management consultant for various start-ups and investors. Max's earlier career features senior financial leadership roles at National Geographic and Fox International Channels, along with significant responsibilities in business development at FOX Entertainment Group and as a talent agent at Partos Company. Max holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
