Louise Strong

Louise Strong is an experienced Engineering Manager currently with Showpad since September 2023. Previously, Louise held the same title at MessageBird from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building a remote team of Senior Staff and Principal Test Engineers and integrating new test processes into existing workflows. At Hopin (June 2020 - March 2022), Louise managed a remote team to ensure a quality-first approach to online event delivery. Other notable positions include Chief Tester at WERKIN, IT Test Manager at Palmer and Harvey, and Test Lead at MGM Advantage. Louise's career began in testing and project management, leading efforts in various organizations, and included a voluntary role at the UK Scouting Association. Louise holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.
