Dyan (Layne) Patey currently serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Shred-Tech since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from April 2022 to December 2023 and at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada from April 2019 to October 2019. Dyan also held the title of Talent Acquisition at Flanagan Foodservice Inc from October 2019 to April 2022, with a previous stint as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from August 2018 to April 2019. Prior to these roles, Dyan worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CRH Canada from February 2016 to August 2018 and as a Corporate Recruiter at Morneau Shepell from June 2013 to November 2015.
