Paulose George is a mechanical designer and assembler currently working at Shred-Tech since May 2023, specializing in mobile shredding systems and hydraulic assemblies. Previously, Paulose served as a project engineer at AluMach Industries, where engineering problems were analyzed and solutions offered, and as a design engineer at SteelHawks - India, responsible for designing machine components and leading product development. Additional experience includes voluntary service as joint secretary and a member of the Board of Governors at Saint Peter's Senior Secondary School, focusing on digital infrastructure during the pandemic. Paulose began the career as an engineering trainee at Exact Engineering Enterprises, and holds dual Bachelor of Technology degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and Electronics from the College of Engineering, Adoor.
