SALT is a Non-Profit, Social Enterprise, specialising in Education and Children’s Social Care. We work collaboratively with Schools, Children’s Homes, Local Authorities, Youth Justice Services, Police and Training Providers, offering strategic and systemic support.

We offer socially inclusive services, through a model of direct support, early intervention, advisory and consultancy, at an organisational, group and individual level, across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Cheshire, Staffordshire, North and Mid Wales and beyond.

Through our positive contribution to children's hearts, minds and futures, SALT is committed to working collaboratively with a range of public, private and third sector providers, through a 'value added' approach, in support of existing systems, local resources and established provision. 

Our commitment is achieved through the development of positive relationships with children, families, foster families and professionals, to support engagement, and build a more stable future ‘together’ for Children and Young People.
