Dr. Thomas M. Woytt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Thomas M. began their career as a Financial Consultant at Horbach Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH from October 2001 to December 2002. Dr. Thomas M. then worked at Dresdner Bank AG, where they completed a General Traineeship from March 2003 to September 2005, and later became a Consultant for Private & Business Banking from October 2005 to May 2007.
In 2007, Dr. Woytt joined Commerzbank AG, initially as a Manager for Corporate Banking Customers from June 2007 to September 2012, and later as a Branch Director from October 2012 to June 2015.
Dr. Thomas M. then transitioned to SHS VIVEON AG, where they served as a Management Consultant from July 2015 to December 2017. Following this, they joined ifb group as a Managing Consultant from January 2018 to December 2018.
Dr. Woytt then worked at CRIF Credit Solutions GmbH as a Project Leader from January 2019 to May 2020 before joining RCI Banque S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland as an IT-Projektmanager from June 2020 to December 2021.
Currently, they hold the position of a Senior Manager at SHS Viveon since January 2022. Dr. Thomas M. Woytt has progressed through various roles in the finance and consulting industry, showcasing their expertise and leadership abilities.
Dr. Thomas M. Woytt has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Thomas M. began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in European Business Administrations from CBS International Business School in 2001. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg between 2006 and 2008.
Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Woytt obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava from 2010 to 2013. Lastly, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Psychology from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg from 2017 to 2020.
