Megan Behnke

Megan Behnke is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Shure Incorporated since April 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Fast Radius, where achievements included leading a five-person team to successfully bring an additively manufactured medical device to production and providing critical design for manufacturing feedback. Previously, at Northrop Grumman, Megan received multiple awards for innovative tooling and fixture designs and played a key role in thermal and structural analyses. Educational background includes a degree from Northwestern University, complemented by a hands-on internship at ITW Paslode, focusing on compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, Megan has been actively involved in promoting STEM careers through outreach events.
