Mike Rodriguez

Mike Rodriguez is a Senior Staff Engineer, Systems at Shure Incorporated since November 2015, specializing in the system architecture and advanced development of wideband, multi-user audio systems, alongside simulation and embedded firmware development. Previous experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer at Nokia Networks, where contributions were made to LTE physical layer architecture, and Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola Solutions, focusing on DSP processor selection for various modem technologies. Career began at Motorola, progressing through positions that involved developing assembly code and diagnostic software. Mike holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
