Sophia Kim

Sophia Kim currently serves as a Senior Application Systems Engineer at Shure Incorporated, having joined in October 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia was an Application Systems Engineer at the same company and a Software Engineer as well as an Apprentice Software Crafter at 8th Light from April 2022 to October 2023. Earlier in her career, Sophia held the position of Research and Development Coordinator at Benefit Cosmetics, where responsibilities included assisting R&D chemists and creating documentation for regulatory and marketing teams. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in the same field at San Francisco State University, supplemented by education at Thinkful.
