Audrey Wu

Audrey Wu currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Transformation at Shutterfly since January 2024. Prior to this role, Audrey was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2020 to January 2024, focusing on growth strategy and new business building initiatives across financial services, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Previous experience includes positions at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst in 2019, where Audrey redesigned the operating model for an insurance player, and as a Technology Consultant at HBR Consulting in 2018, applying data visualization to improve operational efficiency for law firms. Audrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Economics with a double major from Northwestern University and completed high school at Raffles Institution.
