Alex Rodrigues

Alex Rodrigues has extensive experience in contributor care and customer support, currently serving as the Contributor Care Team Lead at Shutterstock since June 2012. Responsibilities include managing frontline support, monitoring team performance, and serving as a liaison between various departments. Alex has also played a key role in supporting the Brazilian project for Shutterstock's expansion in Brazil and Latin America, focusing on strategic development and contributor education. Previous experience includes ownership of a photography studio, managing operations at W8 Photography, and working as a trilingual sales representative at Positive Publications LLC. Alex’s background in photography, sales, and customer service is complemented by a solid educational foundation from New Jersey City University.
