David Uber

David Uber is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Global Corporate Controller at Shutterstock since May 2017, David leads the production of consolidated financial statements and oversees the integrity of the general ledger while ensuring compliance with SEC filings. Prior to this role, David was Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at AIG from June 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included supporting executive leadership with financial projections and managing the budget and forecasting processes. David's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance/Treasury at Tower Group Companies and as AVP of Financial Planning at Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co. David holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University.
