Lakshmi Shubha

Lakshmi Shubha currently serves as the VP of Business Transformation at Shutterstock, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Lakshmi was the VP of Professional Services at Khoros from October 2021 to April 2023. Lakshmi's extensive experience at Thomson Reuters included roles as VP of Customer Success, Chief of Staff to the President of Tax Professionals, and various director-level positions overseeing transformation and strategic business planning, covering nine global operating centers. Earlier roles at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters focused on customer experience and support operations. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Osmania University and has studied at the University of Exeter and the University of Stuttgart.
