Michael also worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Productive Automated Systems Corporation, where they developed innovative robotic solutions and contributed to cost reduction and project management. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Consultant at HJ Heinz, where they improved the food and beverage process handling system. Michael also served as the US Operations Manager at JC Smale Engineering, LP, where they successfully increased the company's market share and established partnerships with large manufacturers. Michael's early career includes roles as Projects Manager and Design and Field Engineer at J.C. Smale & Co.
