Kevin Neuner has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the real estate industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at SHVO since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-President/Chief Financial Officer at Building and Land Technology from 2011 to 2020.
Kevin Neuner has also worked as Chief Financial Officer for various companies including Colony Capital, Dune Capital, KanAm, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they managed accounting and financial functions for a $2.5 billion development project. Kevin has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Solow Realty & Development Group, managing accounting and financial functions for a $3 billion portfolio.
Before joining Solow Realty, Neuner worked as Principal/Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Houlihan Parnes Realtors, LLC, overseeing financial processes across multiple business units and managing a $1.5 billion portfolio. Prior to that, they served as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Macklowe Properties, where they managed all company operations and supported a $3.5 billion portfolio.
Neuner began their career at Hines as the Vice President - East Region Financial Executive, overseeing the financial management of a $2.5 billion portfolio. Kevin also worked at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President in the Real Estate division and at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate and Emerging Business Group.
Kevin Neuner has a BS degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the NYU Stern School of Business. No specific start or end dates are provided for their education.
