Currently serving as President of Fleet & Specialty Vehicles at The Shyft Group since July 2023, Jacob leads initiatives in specialty vehicle development. Prior to this, Jacob was President and CEO at Trialon Corporation from 2020 to 2023, where a focus on complex engineering services was paramount. Jacob’s prior experience includes serving as Global Vice President and General Manager for Cooper Standard's Industrial & Specialty Group, where oversight encompassed multiple non-automotive markets. Additional leadership positions were held at Inteva Products, Meritor, Visontek, Inc., ABB Eutech Americas, and Outboard Marine Corporation, showcasing a broad skill set in business strategy, program management, and supply chain. Academic credentials include an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in Business from Indiana University Southeast.
