Melissa Peer has a diverse work experience with a focus in operations and production management. Melissa started their career as a Process Engineer at ITW TACC in 1998 and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they joined SI Group as a Plant Chemist and later served as a Supervisor, Sr Production Planner, Master Planner, and Senior Production Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Site Operations at SI Group.
Melissa Peer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Chemistry from SUNY Oneonta, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
