Polina Heifec is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in project management and organizational psychology. Serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at SIA Citrus Solutions since April 2022, Polina has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kronus, SIA from 2013 to 2022. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources and Office Administrator at BIOSAN and an HR Trainee at Eiro Personāls. Polina holds a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Latvijas Universitate and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Konstanz, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate and CIPD Qualifications obtained in 2019.

Citrus Solutions LTD is one of the leading engineering system construction companies in Latvia and is a part of TET (Lattelecom) group LTD, the shareholders of which are Republic of Latvia (51%) and Telia Sonera (49%). Citrus Solutions LTD was established in 2005 and it operates in markets of Latvia and Germany.
