Bailey Wamp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bailey is currently working at Sia Partners as the Global Head of CSR, Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this role, they held the position of CSR & Corporate Communications Project Manager at the same company. Before joining Sia Partners, Bailey worked as a Social Media Coordinator. In 2016, they worked as a Translator and Editor in Comparative Literature while also being self-employed. In 2017, they worked as an English Trainer at ALESIA FORMATION and as an English Professor at EDHEC Business School. Bailey also served as a Lecturer in English at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - ENSAM. Bailey has experience as an English Professor and Lecturer at Charles de Gaulle University – Lille III. Additionally, they worked as a Yoga Teacher at Breezeway Yoga Studio and The Practice Yoga. Bailey's early career includes a Market Research Internship at Abbottagra and a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Bailey Wamp holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in French & Francophone Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which was obtained between 2013 and 2015. They also have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Language & World Business - French, International Business from the same university, obtained between 2008 and 2012. In addition, Bailey Wamp has a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance, obtained in 2011.
