Lucie Bilbeisi is a seasoned professional in HR and transformation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Manager at Sia Partners since April 2021, Lucie has advised over 20 organizations on Strategic Workforce Planning and managed teams of consultants on diverse projects. Prior roles include Associate Manager and Senior Consultant at Confidentiel, where Lucie guided over 200 executive clients in career transitions, and Business Transformation Consultant at Eurogroup Consulting. Lucie began the career in HR as a Workforce Transformation Analyst at Air France, conducting market forecasts and aligning workforce capabilities with business needs. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and social sciences from the same institution.
