Sonia Castilho Coutinho

Sonia Castilho Coutinho has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Sonia Castilho started their career in 2000 as a TOC at Delta Cafés. In 2001, they joined SIBS as a Controller, where they worked until 2005. Sonia Castilho'sresponsibilities included financial control and management. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Coordinator in various departments within the finance team, managing areas such as procurement, invoicing, and treasury. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Coordinator for the Management Control Center in the finance department. In 2011, they became the Manager of Management Information at SIBS, responsible for coordinating and developing KPI and reporting projects. In 2016, they advanced to the role of Senior Business Controller, focusing on commercial proposals and managing the Business Process Outsourcing unit.

In 1995 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Évora. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued a specialization in Management Control at the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa. Following this, in 2007, they attended the IESE Business School where they studied Leadership and Team Management, with a focus on People Management and Organizational Leadership. In 2015, they pursued a degree in Performance and Management Control at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, specializing in Control Management. Finally, in 2019, they participated in the PAGETUR program at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, focusing on management in the tourism sector.
