Responsibilities include improving ROI, P/E, and EBITDA, as well as overseeing budgeting, risk analysis, forecasting, and financial management information systems. Prior experience includes roles as Manager and Deputy Manager in finance and accounting, focusing on business control, cost optimization, and cross-functional team management. Earlier positions include Executive Accounts at Archtech Plastics and Factory Accountant at ESPIEM PLASTICSS LIMITED, where key tasks involved direct margin analyses, variance analyses, and preparation of financial statements. Konica holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University.
