Nicole Kurek has been a member of the Executive Board since July 1, 2022 and is responsible for the 'People & Culture" portfolio. Before taking up her position on the board at SICK, she was the Senior Vice President Talent and Transformation Management at the BMW Group where she acquired many years of experience in the automotive industry as well as in her role as a HR manager.
Nicole Kurek was born in Saarland in 1974. She studied education, sociology, and social psychology at Saarland University. She received her MBA, majoring in "Finance", from FOM in Munich in 2012.
