John N. Wollberg

John Wollberg is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Broker in New York for Side since January 2022, Wollberg previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Sales & Operations at Brown Harris Stevens from August 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Wollberg was Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Halstead Real Estate for over a decade, focusing on sales for a major tri-state residential brokerage. Additionally, Wollberg founded Atco Residential Group, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President and Managing Director from December 1998 to June 2008, specializing in Manhattan properties. Educationally, Wollberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Maryland and was an MBA candidate at The George Washington University School of Business, with prior studies at Tulane University.
