Kim Davidson

President and CEO at SideFX Software

Kim Davidson has extensive work experience in the computer graphics industry. Kim started their career as a Programmer at HCR in 1982 and then worked as an Animation Director at Omnibus Computer Graphics from 1985 to 1987. In 1987, they joined SideFX Software as the President and CEO, a role they continue to hold. In 1992, they also became the President of Catapult Productions.

From 1974 to 1981, Kim Davidson attended the University of Waterloo. During this time, they pursued a joint degree in Computer Science and Architecture, earning a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng).
