Alessandra Borghini is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards and Mobility & HRIS at Sidel since December 2016, Alessandra leads global compensation and benefits functions across Europe and Central Asia. Previous roles include HR Manager at Philip Morris International, where leadership was provided for talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives, and a project lead in HR transformation across Asia. Additional experience includes Compensation & Benefits Manager at Bacardi - Martini and various positions at Philip Morris focusing on HR processes and organizational structure. Alessandra holds an MBA in International Business from the American College of Switzerland and a BS in Political Science from Università di Pavia.
