Simone Mondini

Simone Mondini possesses extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President for the Americas Region at Sidel since May 2001, where the focus includes regional strategy and operations across 51 countries to drive business growth and profitability. Previous roles at Sidel encompass Vice President positions in Services, Strategy and Business Development, and Sales within the AOA Region, where responsibilities included developing service delivery strategies and identifying growth opportunities across 125 countries. Prior to Sidel, Simone Mondini served as a Lieutenant in the Italian Navy, leading military operations and team management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Executive Master Degree from the University of Oxford and various leadership programs from IMD and MiL Institute, alongside advanced degrees in Naval Science from Università di Pisa.
