Maxwell Bradley

Maxwell Bradley, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Engineering at Sidepocket, managing a diverse team of over ten professionals in technical operations. Prior to this role, Maxwell functioned as an Algorithmic Trader at Alphachain Traders, focusing on quantitative analysis in algorithmic trading across various asset classes. As the Investment Algorithm Designer and COO at ScaleUpStream, Maxwell designed algorithms for connecting early-stage equities with capital allocators. Co-founding Diamond Tutoring as CTO, Maxwell oversaw technical team management and software development, successfully exiting through a private equity buyout in 2024. Additional experiences include engineering roles at Western Digital and the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, as well as research assistance at the Nader Pourmand Bioengineering Research Lab. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
