Brian D. Barlow has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Brian D. co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP) starting in 2017. In 2021, they became a board member for Dense Air and in 2020 they served as a board member for Cavnue, AMP Robotics, and OhmConnect. From 1998 to 2003, Barlow was a Principal at Broadview Capital Partners LLC, a venture capital fund focused on Technology, Telecom, and Media investments.

Brian D. Barlow has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Finance & Operations Research from Columbia University, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Brian D. also holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Urban Planning, obtained from the University of Washington from 1988 to 1992. In 2018 and 2019, Barlow took part in executive education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Computer Science & AI Lab (CSAIL), specializing in the Application of AI & ML Models in Business.
