James Muigai

James Muigai is an experienced IT and operations leader with a robust career in the banking sector, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology & Operations at Sidian Bank since July 2020. Prior to this role, James held various positions including Head of Branch Business at NCBA Group, General Manager at NIC Ventures Limited, and Head of Operations and ICT at Credit Bank Kenya Limited. Additional experience includes leadership roles at NIC Bank Limited and KCB Bank Group, focusing on innovations, commercialisation, and support management for banking systems. James holds a Master of Science in Data Communications from KCA University Kenya and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications & ICT from Kenyatta University.
