Violet Mushiyi

Violet Mushiyi is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Manager of Branch Operations - Shared Services at Sidian Bank since September 2017. In this role, Violet provides leadership, identifies training gaps within the branch network, and fosters a professional work environment to support branch operations staff. Previously, Violet held the position of Trade Finance Manager, focusing on establishing policies, managing risks, and ensuring high levels of customer service in trade finance operations.
