Louie Mendez is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as an Associate Survey Project Manager and Associate Project Engineer at Siegfried since December 2019. Prior to this role, Louie worked as a Project Manager at Dillon & Murphy from February 2003 to December 2019. Louie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Portland State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and an Associate of Science from San Joaquin Delta College, completed from 1997 to 1999.
