Raphaella Santos

Raphaella Santos is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Siem Offshore since March 2021. Previous experience at Siem Offshore includes roles as an Estagiário from May 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities involved supporting recruitment and selection processes, managing candidate communications, and overseeing admission procedures, as well as an Aprendiz role focused on gaining comprehensive knowledge of HR operations. Raphaella is concurrently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Universidade Unigranrio | Afya, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, completed in 2019.
