Ardit Bitincka

Ardit Bitincka currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations for North America at Siemens Energy, a position held since June 2017. As a founding member of Firefly, a Siemens Energy venture focused on reducing CO2 emissions in transportation, Ardit is involved in innovative projects, including a patent-pending ORC WHR system. Prior experience includes roles such as Sales Operations Manager and Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed application engineering, market intelligence, and early customer engagement in energy projects. Ardit also engages with the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida as a board director, having held positions such as Board President. Previous roles at Siemens included Global Operations Specialist and Technology Project Manager, focusing on various integration and project management efforts. Ardit holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
