Clarissa Raithel

Clarissa Raithel serves as the Vice President Asia Pacific – Industrial Solutions and Head of the Digital Twin Team at Siemens Energy, where responsibilities include defining the Digital Twin strategy and building a cross-disciplinary team of over 40 experts. Raithel previously held the position of Vice President for Strategy, Quality Management, and Environmental Health and Safety at Siemens Energy Service, focusing on developing a service strategy for the global energy transition. Raithel's career includes strategic roles at Siemens and Siemens Management Consulting, with early experiences as a student consultant at Volkswagen Consulting and a tutor at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Raithel holds a PhD in Risk Management of Performance Based Contracts from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Industrial Engineering from KIT Karlsruhe.
