Milena Subires

Milena Subires serves as the Vice President of Grid Technologies Service at Siemens Energy, overseeing global P&L for the T&D service unit and focusing on enhancing grid operations and sustainability. Prior roles include Head of LDA SO at Siemens, managing Large Drives Applications with full global P&L, and Segment Manager Direct Fastening at Hilti Group, responsible for the Direct Fastening Business. Milena has extensive experience in the energy sector, having held various leadership positions at Siemens, including CEO of Power Transmission Solutions and Senior Project Manager for Grid Access. Milena began a career at General Electric as an Engineer, supporting energy projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ibmec, multiple leadership and project management certifications, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Escola Politecnica.
