Nikolaos Grigoriou MEng CEng is an experienced professional in the field of maintenance and asset management, currently serving as the Head of Maintenance Module at Siemens Gamesa since October 2015. With a focus on developing industry-leading service strategies, Nikolaos has previously held roles such as Head of Maintenance Strategy and Maintenance Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included performance optimization and the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance. Before joining Siemens Gamesa, Nikolaos worked at Siemens Energy for seven years in various positions, including Service Development Manager and Service Engineer, gaining extensive experience in maintenance improvement, documentation, and product development. Nikolaos holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy from the University of Southampton and has completed multiple professional development programs, including becoming a Chartered Engineer and earning certifications in project management and occupational safety.
