Rong Ju-Roger Yang

Rong Ju-Roger Yang is the Head of Cyber Defense Center China at Siemens, with extensive experience in developing and managing OT security solutions. Since April 2016, Rong has overseen Siemens CDC China services, collaborated with business units for customer deliveries, and led team budget and personnel management. Previously held roles at Siemens include Senior Key Expert and Expert Engineer, focusing on OT security solutions, SOC features, and cloud security research. Rong's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Breadtrip and Forcepoint, where significant achievements in engineering and product maintenance were made, as well as technical roles at Nokia and teaching at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Rong holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
