Lee Duensing

Lee Duensing is an experienced quality engineering professional, currently serving as Principal Quality Engineer at Sientra, Inc. since November 2019, focusing on new product development, design transfer, and breast implant manufacturing operations. Previously, Lee held roles such as Quality Engineer at Vesta, a Lubrizol Company, leading quality engineering efforts for medical device development and manufacturing. Prior experiences include Quality Manager at Pentair, where oversight spanned two manufacturing facilities and warehouses, and over 18 years at Baxter International Inc. in various engineering and quality management roles, including Senior Principal Engineer. Lee began a career in nuclear and mechanical engineering at Gilbert/Commonwealth, contributing to significant projects in the nuclear and paper mill sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
