Benjamin Neuwirth

Benjamin Neuwirth is a seasoned data science leader currently serving as the Data Science Lead at Sierra since May 2025, following a tenure as Data Science Manager at Stripe from May 2018 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing teams and driving project execution in high-priority areas such as risk, compliance, and revenue growth. Neuwirth holds a PhD in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where research concentrated on consumer behavior and marketing analytics. Prior experience includes roles in product and marketing strategy at companies such as Narrative Science, d.light Design, and Microsoft, as well as educational qualifications that include an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management, both from Northwestern University, and a BA in Computer Science from Columbia University.
