Ronald Small

Ronald Small, PMP, serves as the HCM Practice Lead - Service Director - Oracle Solutions at Sierra-Cedar since December 2013, and has over 25 years of experience in HRMS applications, specializing in PeopleSoft. With a robust background as a Project Manager, Ronald has more than 20 years of experience managing Public and Private Sector PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades, complemented by 22 years of experience in the Public Sector. Ronald is a certified Project Management Professional and possesses extensive training and implementation experience across all HR/HCM modules. Prior to Sierra-Cedar, Ronald was the Managing Director at CherryRoad Technologies from October 1998 to November 2013. Ronald holds degrees from Ball State University and West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
