Christopher Schuler

Christopher Schuler currently serves as the National Press Secretary for the Sierra Club, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience in communications was gained while working as Communications Director for the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Congressman John Yarmuth from March 2009 to January 2023. Additional roles included serving as Communications Director and Legislative Assistant for Congressman John D. Dingell and Congressman Larry Kissell, as well as Campaign Manager for Kissell for Congress in 2010. Christopher also worked as a Research Assistant for the North Carolina Democratic Party in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Art with a focus on Photography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, attended from 2004 to 2007, following initial studies at St. John's University from 2001 to 2004.
