Molly Kempson

Molly Kempson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Program & Operations Manager at Sierra Club since February 2016. In this role, Molly leads a team in the Campaign Strategy department, managing operational processes and budgets for over 20 distinct programs. Previous positions at Sierra Club include Operations and Events Manager and Operations Manager for Our Wild America, where Molly also focused on budget management and team retreats. Earlier career experiences include serving as Associate Program Manager at UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education and roles with International Rescue Committee and Womens Earth Alliance, enhancing operational systems and supporting development initiatives. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Society & Environment from the University of California, Berkeley, along with additional certifications in Project Management.
