Noemi Avalos

Noemi Avalos is a Senior Evaluation Officer at Sierra Health Foundation, with a progressive career in evaluation and public health that began in 2009. In previous roles, Noemi served as an Evaluation Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where responsibilities included conducting external program reviews and providing evaluation technical assistance.
