Connor Rich

Connor Rich is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Sierra Space since June 2023, Connor has previously held various managerial and engineering roles at Relativity Space, where significant contributions included building the first stage of the 3D printed Terran 1 Rocket. Prior experience at SpaceX involved supporting the Dragon 2 program in multiple capacities, with responsibilities that included assembly processes and development of refurbishment techniques. Connor's tenure began with a manufacturing engineering internship at Orbital ATK, alongside leadership roles in the University of Michigan's MRacing Formula SAE team. Connor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2017.
