John Araneo

John Araneo is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as Sr Director of Finance, FP&A (Consultant) at SiFive since February 2018, John has played a key role in supporting the development of RISC-V technology. Prior to SiFive, John held the position of Sr Director of Finance, FP&A (Consultant) at A10 Networks, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2018, leading a team that focused on financial forecasting and management reporting. John began a long tenure at AppliedMicro in 1990, progressing from Senior Cost Accountant to Director of Finance, FP&A, where responsibilities included overseeing margin and expense forecasting and delivering annual and long-range financial plans. John holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
